Context :
The Engagement and Partnership team leads strategic fundraising to ensure resources are available for projects in the field. The team actively gathers intelligence and engages with the most important institutional and philanthropic donor agencies.
Main responsibilities :
- Support the sector in building and disseminating the internal fundraising intelligence.
- Conduct research and analysis on donors, financing and/or other fundraising-related issues.
- Support the ongoing strategic engagement with the key institutional donors.
- Proactively monitor and update donor/potential donor profiles. This will require research into donor-specific trends, priority themes/countries in donors' aid programs, political trends, key actors, budget cycles, etc.
- Maintain a comprehensive global donor data base, including tracking the donor engagement outreach and communication at the global, regional and country level.
- Assist the team in organizing meetings and creating materials (such as PowerPoint Presentations) tailored to individual donors or potential donors.
- Support the coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
- Perform any ad hoc task assigned by the team as needed.
Profile :
Training/Qualifications: Master’s degree in the relevant fields
Languages: Perfect fluency in English. French and German are assets.
IT know-how: Good Use of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook, Project Management Software Master’s degree in the relevant fields
Experience / Competencies :
- Produces quality reports (form and content)
- Sorts, analyzes and manages information/data
- Manages time and priorities, meets deadlines and is punctual
- Perfect fluency in English. French and German will be an asset.

Remuneration:
CHF 2'450.-/month
Tdh General Code of Conduct and Ethical Policies :
- Commits to promoting and complying with the Global Code of Conduct, systematically reporting any violations of the Code through Tdh's formal reporting mechanisms and dealing with any violations of procedures and processes appropriately.

- Undertakes to comply with key ethical policies and guidelines, including the Safeguarding Policy, the Anti-Fraud and Corruption Policy, the Conflict-of-Interest Policy and other policies related to the prevention of terrorist financing and criminal activities, as well as workplace behavior.
